After signing up for the program, you will receive Phase 1, which you'll follow for 4 weeks. Before your body has a chance to get used to the workouts and calorie intake, we switch it up and start Phase 2, which you'll follow for another 4 weeks.
Phase 2 will provide you with a new exercise plan that keeps your muscles challenged and an amended nutritional plan to keep your metabolism on its toes.
(What's after Phase 1 & 2? 4 more weeks if you opt for the 12 week program! These extra 4 weeks give you that extra push & more tricks I have up my sleeve to live this life on your OWN)
