What does this offer include:

  • One month workout program that you can repeat for 2 months. 
  • Based on your exact needs whether you're at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level.
  • Are you a body builder or just want to gain some muscle and lose some fat? I'll send you a list of questions to answer that will help me build your workout program. 
  • Pregnancy workouts depending on your trimester and workout history. 
  • Includes pictures and videos to show you how to properly do the exercise. 
  • Takes into consideration any injuries or weaknesses that need to be strengthened (i.e stronger quads, core etc).
