Not knowing what you’re doing at the gym can be one of the biggest obstacles to a great workout.It can make you feel self-conscious enough to want to avoid hitting the gym and can even lead to injury.

The solution? Learning how to do exercises the right way—and an introductory session with a trained professional like Baraa, is a great time to do just that.

Baraa will ensure that you are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximize results.

In this personal training session with Baraa you will: 

  1. Learn the proper techniques for different exercise moves 
  2. Receive a workout program based on your needs for a duration of 1 month 
  3. Get your fitness questions answered during the session

After you're done with the first month of workouts, it's recommended that you do another PT session after completing the first workout program to assess your progress and barriers and set a plan for the upcoming months. The total duration of the session is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
